I figured it out on my own thank you.
As for the rest of your post suggesting that I am trying to get faster service out of you. please understand, I am customer, it does not matter if you like the way i posted my question. And you are not the boss. As long as you are selling a product to me...I am the boss. I paid for a product and one years worth of upgrades and support.
Very unprofessional response in my book.
