Are there any printed documentation on this Template Kit?

I have been looking at the videos and maybe its just me but, I find them hard to follow since they seem to jump around quite a bit.

I listen to the audio, but meanwhile the mouse in the video is jumping around the screen clicking various buttons and such at a fairly quick pace which is hard to follow. Sometimes the author has to back up because he made an error, for example, forgot to upload the newly changed files from the local folder to the server. Trying to follow this, listen to the audio and watch what the fast paced mouse is doing in the video, I find to be confusing.

The other problem is that while I can stop the video at a certain point and then continue again from that point, I can't back up to review a certain portion. I have to start from the beginning of the video again. This can be annoying.

I think the Template Kit is probably a good purchase, once you get to understand how to use it but, some kind of written documentation with screenshots would be far far easier to follow, review and understand. At least it would for me!
