Joomla:::make links on flash menu to work and take something on a template by visualc

Its a very easy work, a couple of minutes for someone who knows how joomla works, i load a menu made inflash via banner in top, it loads ok, but links dont works, i can show you live the website... ... (Budget: $30-250, Jobs: Flash, Joomla, PHP)
