Help with Modules

Hi

I have your extension installed and have been working through it. However i am still getting stuck on the modules.

Is there a legend or key that tells what each module will do once it's uploaded to Joomla.

How do the modules match up to Joomla's wording/use?

How does one figure out what module to put where?
