How to convert normal template menu into Joomla?

I don't know how to convert normal template menu and portlet (module) style into a joomla repeatable menu and portlet (module)

I love to give you answer to this but its out the scope of our support.
The only thing I could tell you is one of two things.

1. You can edit the module menu but which does not help much.
2.Try a third party menu system then style as you like via css.
