How do I create more than one template?

I want my home page to look different to my content pages. I realise that I can produce numerous templates in DW and upload them to my templates folder online, but how to do I then call them? So for example I have a page titled About Us that I've created in Joomla how do i tell it to use another template layout? Thanks

Which is not part of our Joomla template kit support.
but it's simple enough to answer. I will be making a video called Joomla 123 which goes over administering Joomla sites.

But answer your question look at the template assignment manager via administrative back-end.

this works by having multiple templates upload then assign.
it works with the menu system to know its location.
