Joomla Template kit SE 2.1 Upgrade Days Away!

I have been working hard to make it easy.
I’m happy to report that the Joomla Template kit SE 2.1 version is ready.
Still on the to-do list is creating added documentation and new video training for the extension.
I will be posting some articles and videos this week please be patient as it takes time to produce.
The product pages have been updated I will be adding the extension for download in a few days time
when I have added the minimal documents to get started with the version upgrade.

Newly added features:

New JConditional section conditional code for complex Joomla templates
1. Single condition with include module
2. Single condition with Else and include module
3. Single condition with no module include.
4. Single condition with Else and no module include.
5. Multiple conditions with no module include.
6. Multiple conditions with Else and no module include.

Newly added “Jpreview” quick button view your Joomla templates it launches your web browser.

New Jtools:
I have reworked some of the tools like the search and path tools to a new section
called “Jtools”. So the JModule menu list is a bit shorter plus in the future we will be adding new tools to this section.

Wizards and flow rewrites:
I have rewritten the Joomla Template wizards so that you only have to map you’re Dreamweaver Site Manager to your Joomla template folder once and work on all your Joomla templates at once and never have to map it again.

Newly rewritten is the “create base template files” wizard.
You will be asked what would you like to name your new Joomla template? Just add the name of your new Joomla template the Jwizard will make you’re new Joomla template folder for you with the needed files inside.

Also newly rewritten is the “Update Template Details XML” wizard.
Now you can select which Joomla template folder you would like to read, write and or Update your Joomla XML template details to.

Lastly I have added more modules blocks / positions and rewritten the module styles names so there easier to understand. There are other small fixes added to the 2.1 extension. I would have like to have added a few more features but I have to save them for the next version update 2.2 do to the work load of Joomla template kit 3.0 for Joomla Beta 1.5 and up.
