Default Possible for longtime licenseholders to get a sneak peek?

I was wondering... for those of us who don't need the sample templates, nor the training videos (even though there are new features I'm the type to dive in and play rather than watch a video) ...

If the actual kit extension is working, is there any way I can get a crack at it? I'm doing 2 to 3 templates a week... and it would really, really improve my productivity.

Right now I'm using the 1.0.x kit to create, then manually converting to 1.5 code. Not ideal, but it gets the job done.

I'm so very, very anxious to get my hands on this kit. I'd even pay a premium to do it.

Default nice good news...

Ahhhhh see now that's good news! Have a wonderful weekend, and I don't have to keep checking this forum 3 or 4 times a day to find out about the progress, hehehe.

Although I'm sure I'll check in Wednesday just in case

Thank you, Brian.

I just wanted to say, as I sit here refreshing and waiting impatiently, that I am incredibly pleased with the beta release coming so quickly after Joomla 1.5 stable.

I know I'm impatient, but that's because I really find that making templates without the extension is tedious and absolutely ruins my productivity. Even minor changes are so much easier with the kit, and this extension is absolutely vital to my business.

Thank you, Brian!

Hi Brian,

Any word as to what time today the release will be? I loved your extention jtkse 2.1 and can't wait to see the new added features! I assume the new extention will be able to still make templates compatible with Joomla! 1.0.x?

Thanks and good work!

Default Beautiful!

I have lots of questions about some of the more advanced features (is this possible, is that customizable, that sort of thing), but we'll save them for another day.

No problem Tydust email me them I respond when I get a change.
I had to take run if not I go crazy after a ton of hours on the CPU.

J 1.5 is full of things you can do thats why its hard to just write the
extension not paint myself into a conner. So by time I got the Help files I'm beat.

Param.ini stuff will be in 3.1 the editor is tricky with DW I'm not sure if work right off the bat because your working with three files at one time.

index.php<- simple
templateDetails.xml <-- its like making forms in HTML but in XML so its a little trick with DW I have something worked out but need to find a few other cues to pull it off.
params.ini<- some what simple.

I many have make a some type of snippet if get to nuts.
But I'll give it a good try after the Doc's and Video is out.

Cheers,
Brian
Taking a break I'll back Monday or faster.
