Smile When will the store be back?

Hi,

I'm trying to do a complex project and would love to use your dreamweaver extension.

When will the store be back up?

Thanks

Peter

Hi Peter,

We will be using the Forums payment system from now on.
Just go to your UserCP > Paid Subscriptions >
Both Kits are listed there as soon as the payment clears. You will have access to download the files. Look for My downloads > right under the Paid Subscriptions link.

Cheers,
Brian Diaz

Brian,

Thanks, I'm pretty sure that UserCP didn't show up first time - I had to logout & login again

I downloaded the large file but the two others won't download, do i only need the one?

Thanks, I look forward to posting my website results.

Peter

oh, one more thing, shouldn't the forum post reply open up with the default tilte and not blank?

Unhappy

Hi Peter,
Thanks for the feedback I'll look in the file issue.
The two smaller files are the reseller templates that come with the kit.
I purchased this VB template it's little buggy or its one of the setting on the forum.
I'm on the case.
Quick question you see the files but you can download them?

Brian

Smile Files

Brian,

Yes there are three files listed.

Whilst getting a screen grab for you, I tested out the fies and they both downloaded ok now.

Maybe it was a login or cache thing

Peter

please try to get the previous title to default into the top box

Default Dreamweaver

Brian,

It is going to be one of those evenings...

I'm running OSX 10.4.8 Dreamweaver MX2004
Tried installing the extension and it says

'requires MX or greater The extension will not be installed'

- wasnt MX before MX2004?

Peter

I fixed the file download issue it was an ajax request issue.

Now the extension install issue.
It should install I only tested on OSX with DW 8.0
but should install Peter.

This issue is most likely your extension installer for DW you need to update it.

Get it here
Macromedia - Exchange : Download the Macromedia Extension Manager

This should fix any issues that your having on install.

Cheers,
Brian

Thumbs up Its fixed!

Brian,

Yes that was the culprit. I was running 1.6 and not 1.7.
Many thanks for the handholding, I can truly say this site has excellent support!

Maybe I've just started off the FAQ section for the extension
