Insert bar items in 3.0?

I just installed 3.0b -- looks great!

I don't see an Insert bar tab for JTK 3.0... is it no longer part of it, or did my install just missing it for some reason?

I like the new floating window, but it might be nice to have buttons too.

I am new to this extension and I don't see it at all when I fire up dreamweaver. I am using the 3.0 beta. Is there something that I need to do to get it showing?
