Sound quality of JTK 2.1 video

Hi Brian,
I just purchased JTK and since there is not yet video for JTK 3, I downloaded the one from the JTK 2.1 SE (btw what does means "SE"?).

The sound quality is very poor. There's a lot of "squiiiiiiiick" (don't know how to express it). Sometimes words or even a sentence are not audible.

An other point is that your videos are way too long. The last one is about 54 minutes. It makes it very hard to find infos inside the videos.

As a new user what i prefer for now is the "make template files" and "update xml files".
What i dislike is the way the JTK 3 is integrated in DW. A huge floating panel is not very cool.
