Hi richvtws,

All upgrades are free for life of the project* with the type of License that you purchased.
There may come a time were we will offer a subscription license per year. But yours will be grandfathered
In for free do to your License purchased date.

As someone who has purchased the current (2.0) version, I think I see the question. With our license, we are permitted lifetime upgrades of the "standard" version. You, however, are developing a "Pro" version. So the question is:

Will there be an upgrade price for current license holders that is an incentive to purchase now on speculation of what the future will bring with Pro?

Hi tydust,

Yes there will be some type of price incentive on the pro version when it comes out. Clients
that purchased the Joomla Template 1.0 to 2.0 before the lifetime upgrades cut off date will get this discount as for the price and features it still up for grabs.

If you have something you like to see pro version post it to this post link.

Joomla Template Kit Pro Wish List

But a few things have to happen first and for most get the Joomla Template kit 2.5 Beta standard version out and stable.

Next I’m rebuilding the Media 65 site design and backend systems
and adding some community features that I have been promising forever.

While working on the Media 65 site I’ll also be developing the Pro
version I’m still coming up with and testing ideas.
